We eat this muesli 6 out of 7 days a week 365 days a year. It's simple, affordable and will help to make your guts sing with approximately 8 different plant foods per serve. Jazz it up with different fruits, add a dollop of yoghurt, and know that you are starting your day with a bowl of magic!
 1 kg rolled oats
1 ½ cups mixed nuts (you can buy mixed dry roasted)
 ½ cup sunflower seeds
 ½ cup pepitas

1

Get a very large glass jar or container.

2

Mix all ingredients together in the jar/container.

To Serve
3

Scoop ½ cup of muesli into your breakfast bowl.

4

Top with natural yoghurt (we choose Vaalia) and your fruit of choice. My favourite combo is half a red apple and berries. You might also like to try a sprinkle of cinnamon.

5

Add milk and you’re good to go!

GF - use gluten free oats if approved by your healthcare professional or choose another gluten free cereal like Weet-Bix. LF - use lactose free yoghurt and milk, DF - use plant based milk and coconut yoghurt.
