Amanda and Holly have worked exclusively with first responders for the last four years where employees are at a very high risk of mental health disorders. In addition to this Amanda and Holly have worked in private practice, at schools and mental health clinics where they have seen first hand the detrimental effects that poor food choices have on mental health outcomes.
Excitingly, with more and more research in the field of nutritional psychiatry, they have also seen the remarkable difference better food choices and strong food foundations have on mental health.
