Mood Food is an evidence based program which will educate, empower and inspire you to eat foods that can prevent, treat and beat depression.
We want the world to know that the food we eat affects our mental health just as it affects our physical health. 100% of us eat and we’re not getting it right.
Mood Food has an online 12-week program as well as a condensed 6 week program, that translates the science into practical tools that you can easily engage with to learn the skill of eating and reduce symptoms of depression.
Mood Food has been developed by dietitians with over 15 years of experience in helping people to change their habits and their lives.
Please note, Mood Food is to be used in combination with existing treatments that have been prescribed for your individual needs.
We believe Mood Food should be step zero in the treatment of depression, as a healthy diet is the foundation of strong mental and physical health.
Mood Food is based on the ModiMed diet which has been proven to be cheaper than the current Australian diet. Mood Food is simple, full of real food, and is of course delicious.
