½ frozen banana
¼ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen kale or spinach leaves
½ avocado
12 almonds or 6 walnuts
1 tsp cacao
1 tsp chia seeds
200 ml 200mls of lite milk or whatever your milk of choice may be!

Put all ingredients into the blender and blitz until smooth and drink immediately.
