Zingy orange, carrot and ginger smoothie

 1 Carrot peeled or well scrubbed
 12 g Piece of fresh ginger (about the size of a dice)
 300 ml cold water

Place all ingredients in the Nutribullet and blitz until smooth.

It will be thick because of all the fabulous fibre so enjoy it knowing it is a great feast for your gut bugs!

Note: if you’re one for pre prepping, peel and chop your oranges and freeze them. Then you can leave out the ice and your smoothie will be even more flavorsome and still nice and chilled.
