Strawberry Sorbet

Three ingredients, simple and delicious. This recipe makes for the perfect sweet fix for hot summer days or desserts.
 150 g Frozen strawberries
 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
 ½ tbsp Maple syrup

Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and eat immediately. How easy is that!

Note: if you have any leftovers (I never do!) freeze it in ice cube trays and use it for smoothies another time.
This also makes a great afternoon tea snack.

GF, DF - use coconut yoghurt, LF - use lactose free yoghurt.
