 2 Slices of the best bread (The browner, the grainer, the better! Look for 7g/100g of fibre or more )
 any of your favourite salads, lean protein, vegetables or leftovers oh and don't forget the cheese!

Spread avocado on one side of the bread and hummus on the other and season with cracked pepper. Layer with green leaves, cheese, slices of tomato, tinned beetroot and grated carrot.

Dijon mustard is delicious on this too!

Wholegrain egg and salad sandwich

Boil an egg by putting an egg into a saucepan with warm water. When it starts to boil set a timer for 6-7 minutes depending on if you like your yolk to be runny or not. if you prefer it hard cook for 7-8 minutes.

When your egg has boiled, run under cold water, peel the shell of the egg, put your egg into a small bowl and smash it with a fork along with some salt and pepper.

Spread your bread with avocado and add the egg and lettuce.

Spread avocado on your bread, add leftover chicken, mixed leaves, tomato and grated carrot and cheese. Season to taste. Optional - tinned beetroot, sundried tomatoes or sprouts.

GF, DF, LF - Choose a gluten free bread we recommend Abbotts Soy and Linseed and toasted is often nicer. Spread toast with avocado and tomato relish, add a fried egg, slices of tomato and mixed salad leaves.
