Roasted Cauliflower

This is so simple and delicious. It’s great on its own or added to salad. If you’re ever short on veg in your meals add this to the menu!
 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bit size pieces
 2 tsp cumin
 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 ½ tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 190°c

Rinse cauliflower and cut into florets. Spread out over two large baking trays and drizzle with the olive oil.

Sprinkle with cumin and then salt and get your fingers dirty and massage the oil and spices into the cauliflower.

Cook in the oven for 20-30minute or until the edges start to crisp up.

Eat immediately!
