Lightly toast pita pocket for 1 minute on a flat press or just use it as it is.

Break open pita pocket and spread with tzatziki/hummus and top with greens, grated carrot, slices of tomato.

Heat three falafel in the microwave for 1 minute then crumble over the salad.

Fold over the pita lid and try not to make a mess!
GF - Use gluten free pita breads or leave out the bread and make a salad with the same ingredients adding 1/2 cup of tinned chick peas and some extra virgin olive oil. DF and LF use hummus instead of tzatziki.
