Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
Cut eggplant in half and score with a knife (make a criss cross pattern as seen in picture).
Mix olive oil and garlic together and pour over the eggplant.
Sprinkle with pinch of harissa, smoked paprika, chilli flakes and season with salt and pepper.
Put on a tray and bake in the oven for 30 minutes (or until golden brown) and serve with a dollop of Greek yoghurt, sesame seeds and mint.
