When choosing snacks you want to look for high fibre and protein to keep yourself feeling fuller for longer, nutrient dense, low in refined sugars, free from additives and preservatives... introducing the Beetroot Bliss Ball - ticks all the boxes, sweet and easy!
 1 cup dates (chopped)
 ¼ cup beetroot (finely grated)
 ¼ cup spinach (chopped, finely sliced)
 1 ¼ cups almond meal
 1 cup shredded coconut
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 ½ cup shredded coconut for rolling (*optional)

Place all ingredients into a high-speed food processor and process until smooth

Roll into golf size balls and then roll in the shredded coconut.

Place bliss balls in freezer and leave to set for 1 hour.
