Preheat oven to 180°c
Place flour, oats, LSA and sugar in a bowl and mix together
Mix the egg in a mug with a fork and then add to the dry ingredients along with the olive oil, vanilla and maple syrup
Fold through chopped up chocolate
Roll into golf sized balls and then squash slightly with the palm of your hand
Place on trays lined with baking paper and cook for 12-14 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
