 ¼ cup LSA or almond meal or hazelnut meal
 ¼ cup coconut + extra for rolling
 1 tbsp cocoa
 25 g 70% dark chocolate or four dates (finely chopped)
 ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
 2 tbsp maple syrup
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tbsp light olive oil

Mix all dry ingredients together with a spoon or clean hands.
Mix the maple syrup and olive oil with a fork, add to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Squish mixture into golf size balls, roll in coconut and keep in the fridge of freezer.

Dairy free - use dates instead of chocolate
